sleep did not help!

I can't take it! it hurts to see that everyone else has there life together but me

i dont have mine together i make horrible decisions and lie to my family and hide things i constantly hurt myself but i dont want to commit but also im paranoid and pychosis which makes think people always want me dead i have injuries that stop me from doing things i was able to do .yet theres people who are like you such as one of my irl friends ur not alone on this just know that we love u srry if im being annoying
